Blackjack fans, rejoice.

There are two new high limit blackjack tables at Bristol Casino. Additionally, the location added a non-smoking area blackjack and Mississippi Stud tables.

Slot additions include eight new Dragon Link machines in the high limit section. Also, 20 new Sega Sammy slot machine products now call the Bristol Casino home.

Bristol Casino unveils new Party Pit

Inside the Bristol Virginia casino, customers will now see a new area dubbed the Party Pit.

The space, located next to the Bristol Bar and across from the casino’s sportsbook, offers four blackjack tables. Those tables are all a $15 minimum.

The company’s release says the new Party Pit provides casino-goers with a “fun, energetic vibe, surrounded by live music.” In addition, the space is lined with TVs that will feature the latest sporting events — just in time for the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight of March Madness this week.

Interested in stopping by the Party Pit? The casino’s newest hangout spot will open at 4 p.m. ET and close at 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.

Slots, table games remain popular at Bristol as work on permanent space continues

Slots are a customer favorite at Bristol Casino by a wide margin. In February, slot machine revenue at the casino totaled $11.2 million. Table game revenue came out to $2.5 million that month as well.

With Rivers Casino Portsmouth up and running, the Bristol casino wants to make sure its customers stick around. What better time to unveil the new options than when college basketball reaches its peak?

As of now, the permanent Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol remains on track to open in Spring 2024. Until then, customers can enjoy the 30,000-square-foot temporary space at Bristol Casino.

In February, the temporary Bristol facility accounted for $13.7 million of Virginia’s $38.4 million in casino revenue. That stood as a single-month record for the state, thanks in part to the Portsmouth casino’s first full month of operation. That casino tallied $24.7 million in revenue that month.
